Years ago a dear friend, who I never see anymore, told me one of the wisest things I had ever heard concerning the interviewing of software developers. He said that only HR and non-technical assholes ask specific language syntax questions.

By not specifically testing on syntax the interviewer can coax the applicant into showing off knowledge without the Minutiae of language. To be fair I am useless without IntelliSense.

Google Fi Outage is Keeping People From making or receiving calls

Some customers are completely unable to place or receive phone calls. Google seems to be aware of the issues . As far as I can tell this is US only. Twitter is blowing up right now with the complaints. Look here for current updates. There is a short-term fix using the Hangouts Dialer.
